The Highlands Recreation Center, the Highlands Borough Arts Council and the Jersey Shore Frame Drummers have collaborated to host a Summer Solstice Drum Circle on the beach behind the Highlands Recreation Center. Bring your own drum or musical instrument and a chair.

This free event is wheelchair accessible. Free on street parking is available.
